Our bags arrived here yesterday. All intact, all printed superbly, all nicely laminated, all exactly as ordered. I teared up, put my arms around my Ops guys, gave everyone a raise, sent everyone home early with pay. It’s all good.

Thank you for all your help. Your service was impeccable. I was able to meet my deadline, a quite tight one if I might add, with your assistance.

I had an emergency project come up that added another task to my long, growing list. I was preparing for our first trade show, and needed a specific item for my customer samples. I was not looking forward to calling supplier after supplier, hoping to stumble across the exact product I was looking for a few days before the show.

I really appreciate your company's fabulous customer service! I'll let you know what I think about the bags I'm
open to anything really, colorwise, and the 5 mil is really attractive to me (my current bags are 6 mil, but not stand up).

I'll be running packaging this weekend in preparation for a big shipment, so I'll be able to see how the bags
themselves stand up and appear with our product. You should know by Monday which direction we're moving.

I fully anticipate doing business with you, both in the short term and long term. I may start with a minimum run, of
one size, but eventually I've got to do a second size as well (we carry three sizes of flour, two in your packaging
range).

Our business grew by 1300% last year, without advertising. Since we plan on launching an advertising campaign in Fall of next year, I anticipate our business growing even faster. I'm happy to find a business that I'd feel comfortable working with, and I anticipate a long and profitable relationship between our two companies.

I am in search of a pouch filler and sealer. Do you happen to know which equipment works best with the clear
material? I will need to purchase used equipment. Also, do you think a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 (inner dimensions) pouch
will work for the tablets that I sent you? I am afraid that is not enough room to fill the pouches. I realize you
may not have answers for these questions.

One last thing...what is your lead time?

I have to say that I have really enjoyed working with your company. It's nice to find a supplier and have things

Thanks for sending the bags specs. We were just informed that we should submit them to the Canadian Food
Inspection Agency for approval. I'm sure the packaging will not be classified as "novel" and will therefore be quickly rubber stamped. If I do require more info. I will call you.
