1. The size of the pouch: To help customers figure out the best size needed for their product, we send various sample bags so they can figure out the best possible option in the least amount of time.
2. Criteria of the pouch: This refers to the materials that are needed for the bag along with its structure. To design the best bag for a customer's needs, we ask questions about what is being packaged, how it is being stored, if the product has any sharp edges, or if the bag should have a ziplock, be resealable, or have a spout.
3. Printing: Once we have information about the stand up packaging design, we also ask about artwork to see if customers would like our experienced graphics department to help them create artwork for the bag or if they would like us to modify what they have.
4. Quantity: We of course need to know how many bags are needed and remind customers that we can do as few as 5,000 runs of quality, branded packaging.
5. How soon are they needed: Since time is of the essence, we also ask when your quality, creative food packaging is needed.
