Build Detergent Brand Using Spouted Pouches & Stand Up Bags

Detergent.  It comes in powder and liquid, in all manner of scents or with no fragrance at all.   Advertised in print, on the sides of buses, on television and the internet.  If your product line includes this essential cleaning supply, you've likely looked at all the various ways to improve it, to market it, to sell it.   But have you looked at how packaging your detergent can help you build your brand?

Stand up pouches can be a key component in more effectively building your brand in several ways.  We'll look at several of them.  Also known as stand up bags, stand bags and Mylarâ„¢ bags, they are constructed from laminating together multiple layers of scientifically designed barrier film.  This process results in product packaging that is durable, protective against vapor, odor and moisture, and is puncture resistant.

Stand up pouches provide two options for effectively displaying your detergent.  They can, as the name would suggest, stand up on the shelf, thereby standing out from the competition.  Or, with available hang holes (round or sombrero style), smaller packaging (i.e., of less weight), can be displayed by, of course, hanging.

The design of the stand up bags offers exceptional promotional opportunities as well.  This detergent packaging has wide front and back panels that provide ample room for you to apply product labels or custom print information about the detergent, your company and/or, if applicable, your other products.

The consumer will also be impressed by the fact that stand up pouches are so convenient to use.  Tear notch openings make for easy and, more importantly, spill-free opening.  Zip lock seal closures protect dry detergent from spillage and unwanted moisture (who wants wet detergent clumps?).  For liquid detergent, twist cap pour spouts are user-friendly as well.

One final way that stand up pouches are a great way to build your brand is that they appeal to the consumer concerned about his or her own environmental impact.  How?  Stand up pouches are recyclable.  Perhaps more importantly, they take up very little space in the landfill, a factor now considered to be the most effective way of the so-called "3Rs" (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to minimize the environmental impact after the life of the product.

From store shelf to spin cycle, stand up bags are a great way to enhance your detergent brand by making it synonymous with durable, attractive, tidy, convenient and 'green' product packaging.  Packaging Powder SoapPackaging Liquid Soap?
