Flexible Retail Packaging with Stand Up Pouches.

Everyone in any industry knows that retail sales are important. They're seen as an indicator of economic health for your brand and company. Retail sales also reflect consumer confidence, establish market demand and set supply levels. To put it bluntly, retail sales are a prime driver of our national economy.

One factor in retail sales that has gotten increasing attention over the years is packaging, especially since your product's package is often the first exposure a consumer unfamiliar with your product line has. Given that a full one-half of all shoppers haven't decided on what product to buy until they're standing in front of the shelf in a store aisle, your brand’s dependence on packaging becomes clearer.

From the early days of glass and tins and now plastic and aluminum, packaging has evolved as technology has advanced. Not to mention increased in its necessity for a variety of food/ nonfood industries mass production of quality products that needs to be properly sealed to ensure that they are secure to be transported to varies part of the country.

Today's packaging is constructed with recycled materials and the latest polymers and composites. Labeling has become as modern as the packaging itself as producers and retailers strive to distinguish their brands from those of the competition while also providing convenient packaging.flexibility

Flexible retail packaging is perhaps the most protective, convenient, attractively marketable and environmentally friendly choice for most product types. The ultimate in flexible retail packaging includes what are called stand up pouches and flexible box bags (both of which are a variation of the stand up bag packaging phenomenon). Made by laminating together multiple layers of specially formulated film constructed of materials fully approved by the FDA, stand up pouches are moisture and puncture resistant, protecting contents from vapor, odor and, when necessary, pests and ultraviolet light.

Stand up pouch flexible retail packaging is built with a bottom gusset that provides a stable base, allowing the product to stand up on the shelf, either in the store or at home.  The revolutionary new box bag design also has side gussets, creating a box-like structure that permits the bag to retain its shape and stay upright, even when the contents are weighty (think big bag of dog food!). Both of these pouch constructions are ideal for your brand to stand out grabbing your customers’ attention.

Marketing your brand is made simple with the spacious front and back panels along with the option of an affixed labels and/or custom printing of text and graphics in up to 10 colors. These features take your product from store shelf to your customers’ cabinet. Not to mention that your brand is also enhanced because stand up pouches are landfill friendly and recyclable.

For convenience, stand up pouches have available tear notches for easy opening and zip seal closures to guard against both spillage and spoilage.
