How to Make Packaging for Liquid?

There are two indispensable features of quality liquid packaging – (a) safety and (b) usability. A manufacturers hunting for a new packaging for their liquids ought to consider these two essential qualities.

(a) Safety

This is the first prerequisite. Packaging for liquids should be able to protect them from environmental and human hazards. There can be rough handling during transportation, and the pouches should be able to withstand it. Many manufacturers prefer stand up pouches for this reason. They are made from multiple layers of plastic, anti-oxide films, and other materials. Together these layers provide effective protection to stand up pouch bags against moisture, dirt, and even rough handling.

(b) Usability

Manufacturers could package their juices and other drinks in steal boxes. What else can be more secure for a liquid? However, they don’t do it for two reasons – (a) cost, and (b) usability. Steal boxes are bulky to carry around and very cumbersome to use. Many manufacturers have come to like stand up pouch bags because of their usability. Tear notches and spouts make stand up pouches very easy to use. Their flexible structure allows consumers to package them in the most unlikely places. Together these qualities add to a good consumer experience.
