How We Keep Clients Updated with the Stand Up Packaging?

The final stage of making custom printed stand up pouch bags for our customers lets them know where their flexible printed packaging is. Once artwork is approved, clients can plan on a delivery time of four to six weeks but dfuring that timeframe, they of course feel better about knowing how their custom pouch bags are coming along. 

As soon as an order is made, an electronic document is created. All updates that we make and information that we send is likewise sent to clients so they can see what’s happening with their packaging. We do this because we know how important it is for customers to be assured about the status of their branded packaging and this also assures customers that we will be there when they need us.

In addition to sharing that electronic document with clients, we also send a partial order as soon as we can. This happens at 4 weeks after approval of artwork and gives our customers the chance to show the custom printed packaging to distributors. Not to mention, we also send that partial order by air at no extra charge to get those first finished bags into the hands of clients ASAP.
