1. Determine Your Size- The best way to determine your products size in a pouch is to take advantage of our sample pack which comes in all of our stock sizes plus some printed ones too. Just like clothing shopping you won’t know what looks good on you until you try it on. Dress up your product in custom stand up pouches. Did I mention that the Sample Pack is FREE?!

2. Choose the Right Material: Things to consider when you are choosing the right material for your product.

  • What are you packaging? Is it a powder, a paste, a liquid, sharp, oily, greasy, etc.?

  • Do you want your product to have a clear window on your pouch?

  • How much weight are you packaging in the pouch?

  • Which style pouch would you like to feature your product in?

  • How would you like your customers to open your pouches?

  • What kind of conditions will the pouch will be subjected to (will it be in a chemical factory and thrown off of a pallet, will it be used by a consumer who will open it and place it back into his/her pantry, etc.)?

  • Do you want the cheapest possible price to keep your product fresh for 30 days, or do you want something that will keep your product fresh for one year and withstand high temperatures, a drop from 15 feet, etc.?

  • Creating Artwork the Showcases Your Product and Brand- Whether you have existing artwork that you would like to use. Or if you don’t have preexisting artwork our experience Graphic Designer Rachel Ortiz is available to work with you to ensure that the graphics for your pouch showcase your brand.
