If you are packaging liquids, spouted pouch bags are a good idea. However, you can store liquids in non-spouted pouches as well. If you want to go spout free, make sure your pouches have tear notches. This makes it easier for the consumer to open the pouch. You can think of pouches that are currently being used to feed small children. They carry a tiny amount of juice or some other liquid which the children can gulp down in a single go.
Spout-free pouches are not a great option to package a product in large qualities. There is no spout to securely hold back the unused liquid.
If you are packaging a large quantity of liquid, spouted pouches are the way to go. The consumers may or may not drink a liter of juice in one go, so if you are packaging a large amount, it’s always a good idea to include spouts.
Both spouted and spout-free bags are flexible pouches. They are a great alternative to plastic and glass bottles. They are cheaper to produce and easier to carry around. They take up less space on a store shelf and in the kitchen. They are flexible so they can fit into the nooks and corners of tight spaces - this feature is great for people who are always on the go. They are print friendly as well. You can print complicated artwork and attractive logos on them. These pouches are environment friendly. And finally, our stand up pouches are made from only the highest quality FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved materials. They keep your liquid products fresh and safe for longer.
