Step one - rotogravure print

We use rotogravure printing. This is the latest technology, photographic quality printing. It is what the big boys use. It is cheaper than flexographic. Also, it is easier to make changes in your artwork with rotogravure.

Step two - small run, high quality, low cost

We can run as few as 5,000 custom printed, high quality bags for you. We use FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved materials in our packaging. These materials ensure quality food pouches packaging. We are also the total lowest cost manufacturer.

Step three - graphics department

We have our own graphics department. This is important. We understand how intimidating it can be to create an artwork or to modify an existing one on a stand up pouch.

Step four - unique process

We have our plants here in Ohio. We stress on quality and transparency. You can visit our plants to see your pouches being manufactured first-hand. We let you use our inventory. We ship straight to your place. We guide you in every step of the way. We help you as much you want.

Step five - scalable

We are scalable. We can run as few as 5,000 bags, and as many as a million in a run. We keep a safety stock. We can make more pouch bags as your business picks up.

We can help you sell more of your product through our website. Our website receives a lot of traffic. We can mention your name, link to your website, and do other things to promote your business.
