We Welcome Special Requests for Pouch Bags

In the food and pet food industry, the need for special packaging orders arises on a regular basis. For example, smaller numbers of bags are usually needed for testing and distribution of new products, a company might want to try out new artwork on their packaging, or they may just need more flexible food packaging than expected. Since we focus on creative food packaging, we welcome these and other types of special requests. To get an idea of how our process works and how quickly we can fill those special orders, here is a quick run down of our timeline once the artwork is approved:

  • Week 1: We will have the cylinders done by the end of the first week.
  • Week 2: The film proof for your stand up packaging is made.
  • Week 3: During the third week, we complete the film lamination process for your custom bags.
  • Week 4: Conversion into pouches. During this week, we can also send a partial of the full order to get some of the finished bags into your hands as soon as possible.
  • Week 5 or 6: The rest of the order is shipped to your door.

As far as delivery is concerned, we can send the partial order and complete set of packaging by air, and can also place stock in our Ohio and Los Angeles warehouses and deliver as needed.
