Stand Up Pouches for Product Packaging

Where Do You Make Your Stock Stand Up Pouches?

We manufacture some of the stand up pouches here in the U.S. and others in our overseas factories. These overseas factories belong to us and have our machines and staff. Our U.S. factory deals with stock barrier films and the pouches can be made in about 2-3 weeks.

The problem with U.S. based plant is that it only uses flexographic printing that is not very high in quality. Also, the minimum run for the pouches made in the local factory is 30,000. This can go up to 50,000 in some cases.

If you do not want so many foil pouches in one go, you can order pouches from our overseas factory. Our Asian factories use high quality rotogravure printing and can deliver as few as 5,000 pouches in a go.

This is the time of globalization and most of the products that we use are made in overseas factories. Globalization gives better results at cheaper prices. Besides, our Asian factories are monitored by our own staff, so we can keep a close watch on the quality. We can even make a video of the entire process of creating your stand up bags to shipping them. If you want us to create a video of the process, do let us know and we’ll make it for you.
