Custom printed pouches with a spout are a little more expensive than a standard stand up pouch. Prices will be in the $.20-$.70 depending on volume and spout choice.

Minimum runs for stand up pouches depends on if you are using traditional printing (cylinders) or digital. Traditional printing minimums are usually 2,500 while digital can be as low as 500.

Meterials for stand up pouches can include clear materials, mylars, foils, biodegradable fiber, biodegradable film and compostable materials. We also offer a 100% recyclable material that can be used for your stand up pouches.

Traditional printing can take about 6 weeks for production and another 4 weeks for shipping from overseas facilities for a total of approximately 10 weeks. Digital printing is a little shorter for production time at about 4 weeks with the same amount of shipping time (4 weeks) for a total of about 8 weeks to land in the US.

Available features for stand up pouches include: zip lock, hang holes, vent locks, pour spouts, handles, zippers, Velcro and different types of die cuts. These features can help you differentiate your product from your competitors.
